I have some back medical bills that have gone to a CA when the CA called me I ask them to send me a list of what they have and what I recieved was a computer printout . I have made arrangements to pay these on a payment plan and have been paying on them for about 1 year since then i have learned about the SoL . so my question is this can I send them a DV for some of the bills on the printout that are from 1999,01,02,and 03....I am in Ohio and not sure of the laws about this

Since you have already made payments on the debt, the statute of limitation on the debt has already restarted and you need to pay them back the amount as agreed between you and the creditor.
Now, can you tell me what was the debt amount and the amount that has been settled between you and the creditor and how much have you paid till date?

this is where I think i have saved myself because i only agreed to pay them 25.00 per month and they are applying that to the largest bill and it is for 1078.00 the rest of the bills total 4400.00 and at that low of a payment I have only sent them about 225.00 so far.

The rest of the bills they have for me total around $4400 so at that low of a payment I have only sent them $225 so far. since they have not applied my payment to the other bills yet can I still have them validated?

Yes, if you have not yet started paying off the bills, you can send them a debt validation letter to check whether you owe them the money or not. If they validate the debt, just pay them off through a repayment plan as you are doing with the existing $1078 debt, else you need not pay them.
