Question concerning FIA CSNA, never applied for a credit card with this company, but I noticed a credit inquiry on my credit report? Could this be the start of identity theft? and can i go about getting more information about this inquiry?

If you don't own the debt straightaway dispute it with the bureaus. These misrepresentations happen from time to time. The bureaus will ask the creditor listed on your record to validate the debt and when they can't the record should be removed from your account.
