Who has the right to my (ex-) garnished money?

I got my business account garnished by a landlord over a year ago since I couldnt pay my rent. I had to go bankrupt. Now I got a letter from the court stating "Ex Parte Motion to release writ of garnsihment bond approved". What does that mean? Can my landlord keep the money even though the legal action was frozen by my bankruptcy? The account (and the business) the money was taken from has been closed since a long time back. Is the money mine? If so, how can I claim it???? Thanks for any help!

"Ex Parte Motion to release writ of garnsihment bond approved".

This means that your landlord has got a judgment approved from court and can now garnish your wage or your bank account.

I had to go bankrupt.

Did you file bankruptcy? If not then your wage can still be garnished by your landlord.
