i have alot of payday loans out but someone got ahold of my account numbers and they are charging things on my account lie eclub ans ysa benifits idtheft all these 49.95 each ,so the payday loans that i have gotten are gone because of the nsf charges fron the bank which they will not help with this problem what can i do? very silly of me to do i know but im scared ill go to jail with these payday loans i live in missouri and i dont knoe if its really llegal here for them or not and ones i got on the internet? :cry: :cry: :cry: :cry:

Have you notified the Credit Bureaus? If not, do it immediately. Keep a close watch on your credit reports and identify transactions that you have not made. Be in constant contact with your credit agency to sort out their payments.
