I have several accounts that are listed as ADVERSE or Negative that have been paid off. How do I get these accounts off my credit record before the listed date? Some of these are not scheduled to be cleared until 2013-2015.

If you have not requested the creditor for a pay for delete when you paid off your debts, I am afraid you have nothing to do about it now. It will continue to stay on your report until it is due to be removed during 2013 - 2015. This pay for delete must be agreed upn before making any payment and also it must be in writing.
