should i send answer to court and CA attorney telling them that i decide to settle
or should i only ask for debt validation first?
i want to see if they have proof for the debt first.
if they do then i want to settle out of court.
what should i include in the answer that i will be sending soon.

If you are sending a DV letter here is a sample that you can refer.

And of course you must send an answer to court without delay. Send in the DV request to the CA at the same time.

i sent the answer and the DV to both the court and the CA.
how long should i wait for the CA to respond before filing the form to dismiss the case.
i am hoping the CA will respond and not pursue the case in court.
