Hi nance,

Not sure you realize it but this is a credit repair forum we discuss ways in which you can repair your credit here. Are you trying to send a email to the credit agencies? But from your email I gather you are trying to dispute an account that as been paid if so it does stay on your report is it in good standing or is it a negative listing. If you could give us more info we should be able to help you with this.

Hi nance,

If your dues have been paid off, then you definitely can send a dispute letter. But the question is, what statement is there on your credit report? Is it reflecting the dues? A more detailed information would have been much more helpful in answering your queries more clearly.

Regards,

Aaron.
