I cannot get to the account from the link on the email. When

I clicked on the lik & when I entered Beverly's last 4 digits of her Soc. Sec. # it would not accept it. I then tried my S.S. # and it accepted it. When I entered the password I thought was right it kicked back & said if I wanted to reset the password, to click on a link. I did then it asked for the card # which I entered, then it asked for the answer to a security question that did not seem familiar. HELP!
