and calm him down i really feel sorry for this guy because he was really frustrated i asked him what can i do to correct this mistake he told that the only thing thats going to help him to remove that inquiry from his credit file if i write a letter stating that this is fraud inquiry now i'm willing to do it but i really don't know how to start writing this letter i don't know how to put the correct words together please help thank you

Hi marina gold,

You are required to simply send a letter to the credit bureaus mentioning that this was done by mistake and that this should be removed from the person's credit report. In actuality, the person himself can write a dispute letter to the credit bureaus mentioning about this unauthorized pull, and request them to remove the inquiry.

Thanks,

Aaron

Hello Marina,

Thank you for taking responsibility for this there are alot of people who would do nothing. Arron's right simply send a letter off to the credit reporting agencies and let them know it was a fraud inquiry. I would avoid having the guy write a letter as he seems a little fustrated.
