My land loan has been in modification with Wells Fargo since it ballooned in September. They didn't bother to tell me that they would be reporting past due payments while we were in negotiations with the loan. Now my 800 credit score is 618 and I can't refi my house. Wells doesn't seem to care that my credit is ruined. What can I do to get help?
