My daughter (has no checking account of her own from overdrawing to many) has her paychecks direct deposited into my (her mothers) checking account. Only the mothers name is on the account. Can the daughters and the mothers money be seized from this account if their is any judgement against the daughter. Just trying to avoid any issue in case something comes up that I (the mother) have not been informed about.

Please help with an answer. Just trying to protect myself so I do not get put into a financial spot with my mortgage.

As the account is in your name, so the money can’t be seized from this account because of issuing judgment against your daughter. The money can be seized from that account only when, if you and your daughter have a joint account.
