My credit score was 689 in the last month. My score has dropped to 650 in this month. There are 5 hard inquiries on my credit report. I have not applied for a single loan in the last month. Why have lenders pulled my credit report? I have lost so many points just because of them.

Lenders can check your credit report at any time whenever they want. You can’t do anything. Try to contact with the lenders and request them to remove those items from your credit report. But it depends on their discretion whether or not to accept your request.
hard inquiries are usually when you do apply, if you have not applied then file a dispute with the credit reporting agencies to have them removed.
