Companies not allowed to lend

I live in Washington, DC and would like to know which one of these companies are not allowed to lend in this state. Spot on Loans, Cash call (Western Sky), Ameriloan and United Cash Loan.

Payday lending is prohibited in Washington DC. All the above mentioned pdl companies are illegal in your state. You owe only the principal amount. No interest, no fees. Close down your old bank account and open a new one.
