I am wondering if anyone has successfully dealt with Spot Loan, former Zest Cash. About 2 months ago I closed bank account, notified Spot Loan that I had overpaid, and was no longer sending payments. I have only been notified a couple times from them, but did receive email yesterday from fraud expert asking me to call them and get payments set up. I keep ignoring them. So has anyone actually ever gotten them to write off loan that is paid in full, due to them being an illegal tribal lender?

All the above mentioned pdl companies are illegal in your state. You owe nothing more than the principal. Ask them for the refund as you have already overpaid them. Don’t rely on their words. They won’t be able to do anything.
