I took a loan out with Zest Cash which was bought out by a company named Spot Loan. It was for 800.00 so far I have paid 920.00. I live in Missouri Is this company legal in my State. I tried to locate a license for them with no luck.

Both the lenders are illegal in your state. You owe them nothing more than the principal i.e $800 only. Just close down your old bank account and open a new one to stop debiting money from your account. As you have already overpaid them, so ask them for a refund.
