I got a payday loan from United Cash Loans.com. I live in NJ. I borrowed $450.00 and to date paid back $1, 050.00. They are still charging me finance fees plus interest every 2 weeks. What can I do to stop it?

Welcome to the forums!!!
Payday lending is illegal in New Jersey. You are required to pay them only the borrowed amount. Don’t pay them any interest or fees. As you have already overpaid them, so ask them for a refund. Close down your old bank account and open a new one. Send them a Cease and Desist letter in writing to stop contacting you. If they are still trying to harass you, file a complaint against them to the SAG or FTC.

This is illegal in NJ so stop giving money to him and ask to refund your extra money to you.
