I live in Ohio and I have 3 pdl that are taking my whole paycheck now. Western Sky which was sold to Cash Call, Plain Green and Cash something else. What can I do. They don't want to work with me to lower my payments. I feel so helpless. I work my butt off to earn my paycheck and all it goes to is fee for the pdl. My check is not even paying the loan down just the darn fees.
Work with me to lower my payments.

All the above mentioned lenders are illegal in your state. You owe them only the principal balance, nothing more than that. Ask them for a refund, if you have already overpaid them. You should close down your old bank account and open a new one to stop debiting money from your account. Don’t pay them any interest or fees other than the borrowed amount.
Apart from what Sally has said, you should start develop smart money management habit and one of the first steps towards that is to create a good, reliable emergency fund so that you don't have to take out pdls ever again in your life!!
