I have two outstanding PDL with United Cash Loans and Ameriloan. I didn't think that they could be illegal until I read this forum. Please let me know what I can do.
United Cash Loans: Borrowed 200, owe 260.
Ameriloan: Borrowed 300, owe 390, payed in fees 270.

Yeah...both of your lenders are illegal. You owe them only the principal balance. No interest, no fees. Just close down your old bank account and open a new one. Don’t pay them an extra dime other than the principal balance.
