I do not have a job nor can I have a job. I need surgery on my back and have no insurance nor money for it. I can't pay the under 5,000 I owe and have no idea what to do. I found it is Citibank.. new york state ... Help me please

Welcome to the forums!!!
I think you may try to get help from your friends and relatives. Otherwise filing bankruptcy is your only option. Before that give a reply to the court summons.
