What do I do, how do I dispute this?

I just checked my credit report and found that AIS services has 2 collections on me. I have never received anything in writing from the, so I know it should not be on my report. What do I do, how do I dispute this? Please help!!!!

Welcome to the forums!!!
Send AIS services a debt validation request letter in writing via certified mail with a return receipt request. If they don’t give any reply, then dispute it with the credit bureaus and give them a copy of the debt validation request letter as a proof.
