Can you tell me if Payday Loan Debt Assistance is a legitimate company? I have hired them to help me get out of this mess with my payday loans, but I just still have an uneasy feeling. I am still getting calls from all of the payday loan companies, also getting calls from ACS Litigation Firm saying they are going to have the authorities come to my home or office to serve me with a summons for fraud. I am scared to death and don't know who to trust or believe.

You have done a great mistake by hiring a debt relief company. They will charge a heavy fee. You should try to repair your credit yourself. Contact with your lenders and try to negotiate with them. By the way, what state do you live in? Are your lenders licensed in your state? If not, then you are required to pay them only the principal balance. But if they are licensed, then you are liable to pay them both the principal and interest.
