I live in washington state. I have a loan for 2500 from cashcall. I got the loan online by western sky than later sold the loan to cash call. I have filed a complaint with the washington state financial institution and they inform me that the loan is illegal in washington state. But can they garnish my wages? What do I do because I have heard they have garnish other people in other state which are also illegal. How can I prevent that?

Nope, they can’t garnish your wages. Western Sky is an illegal lender, so they won’t be able to take any legal action against you.
