My wages are being garnished on a vacated judgement what can I do I can't afford it....

The judgment was vacated?? Call the courts and the attorney administering the garnishment. If the judgment has truly been vacated, then they have no authority to garnish you.

I tried that and this will be the 5th check that they will be taking funds I currently have a court date on 08/27 on the same vacated order should I bring this up in court that they sueing me over a vacated order... and is there any thing I say or against the law office thats garnishing them because the attorney calls me at least 3x asking if I wanted to setup a 2nd pymt to pay off debit

Why was the order vacated?? Did you call the attorney to stop the garnishment?? THey will have to return the funds after the judgment was set aside.
