I have 4 payday loans...I have paid them more than what I borrowed and I live in the state of KY. I closed my account and have tried to communicate with them to make arrangements. I sent them letters and now they are telling me I have to abide by their state laws and have to pay the balance in full no matter what. Great Sky Cash, Bottom Dollar Payday, Fast Cash, Integrity Advance. Any Suggestion?
All lenders are illegal. Don’t pay them an extra penny as you have already paid them more than the principal. Ask them for the refund for your overpayment. You have done the right thing by closing down your old bank account.

Follow the link above for full information on how to deal with your illegal lenders. You just cannot close your bank account...you have to do an ACH revocation as well. And forget the refunds...they aint gonna happen
