I took a $1500 loan with Western Sky which of course was sold to Cash Call. I owe only $500 now on the principle. Has anyone had any luck dealing with them? If so how did you do it. I have no problem making payments to pay back the amount of principal that I owe but not the high interest.
Western Sky is an illegal lender. Since Cash Call has originated with Western Sky, so in this case they are also illegal. You owe them nothing more than the principal amount. Don’t worry, they can’t do anything.
