Does anyone know if these internet payday lenders are legal in Colorado? Ameriloan, EZ Payday Cash, US Fast Cash. What is my recourse if they are not?

All the above mentioned lenders are illegal in your state. You owe them only the principal balance. No interest, no fees. Just close down your old bank account and open a new one to stop debiting money from your account. Don’t worry, they can’t do anything.

What is the amount that you owe them? If you owe them a huge amount, you can opt for payday loan debt settlement through which you can waive off a portion of the outstanding payday loan balance.

Besides settling your loans, you can tell them that you'll be paying them off in installments but only the principle amount, according your monthly budget. As they are illegal in your state, they won't be able to take any legal action against you.

These lenders are not licensed in your state and so you will have to pay back only the amount borrowed. No interest payments will have to be made. So, you will have to make sure that you have made the principal payments. If you haven't done that yet, try paying that down. If they still harass you, complain against them to the FTC and the SAG,

These payday lenders are illegal. As such, you should pay only the principal amount that you had taken from them.
