I just received a phone call from RCM ( Rapid Cash Management) and they state that I have to call them before 5 pm today or my case is being sent to their legal team. Am I in trouble or is this company trying to scam me for more money. Any suggestions would help.

report this scam right away using that name,and any numbers you have.just know they want you on the phone to threaten you.report and ignore future calls/messages.
RCM is based out of USA and they are illegal. So, just ignore and hang up. There is no way they can sue you.
Yeah...they are scammers. They are just trying to scare you. Don’t share any personal information with them. File a complaint against them to the SAG or FTC immediately.
Simply ignore them. They can't harm you in any way.
RCM is not legal in USA. As such, you can just ignore them. They cannot do anything to you.
