Can payday loan companies garnish your wages without a court order?

It all depends on the state you live in and whether or not payday loans are legal in your state. Give us more information to get the appropriate answer.

No they can’t. Payday lenders can garnish your wages after receiving a court order against you. But illegal lenders can’t take any legal action against you.

yes they can!it's called a wage assignment.the OP needs to get a wage assignment revocation letter to their payroll/hr person.alot od legal and illegal lenders submit them to employers.so to say it can't happen is false.
