I got called from 619-342-0094 and a very foreign man said I am being downloaded in 3 hours for a Payday loan from PRL. I paid the 300.00 loan back many times over 13 months. I live in Indiana and they are illegal here. Now they say they are with some bank. I sent all the proper letters and closed my bank account back in May. Are they legal?
As they are illegal in Indiana, you simply need to ignore them.
They are scammers mate. Don’t share any personal information with them and don’t rely on their words. File a complaint against them to the SAG or FTC immediately.
Close down your bank accounts asap! So that they don't deduct funds.
