I have just received notification that I have a judgment against me from a credit card company. I live in Texas and I would like to find out what recourse I have and what they can do to me?
MCM is sending letters saying I owe money. I don't even know who they are? Where do I start???

Student loans are my biggest concern relating to my CR.
