In 02/2009 a judgement was filed on me and on 08/2009 it shows cost paid, case closed. Not sure what that means. I never received word of date or time of court, only that a judgement was filed against me and they won. On 11/23/12 received a letter with a confirmation of receipt my son signed and it was to me and my bank.
I have just looked at my free credit report and noticed that almost all of my debts on there tend to be from a hospital or from a utility company. i have never taken out a credit card or a loan. Can my credit be repaired at all in the near future and is there a way to consolidate these and pay them off together??
I have a letter from a creditor who has agreed to remove a late pay from my report, but they haven't done so yet. Is it possible to send or fax this letter directly to the credit bureaus to speed up the process? If so, where do I find their contact information?

Has anyone heard of Total Recovery LLC, they are a collection agency. It's virtually impossible to contact this company. If anyone has information that will help would be enormously appreciated. The phone number listed on the internet is out of order.
