Credit repair

After having a few illegal payday loans and following all the great steps and advice given on this site, something still bothers me. Even though I've taken all the necessary steps with these illegal lenders what bothers me most is the fact these snakes have all my personal information as well as everyone else who has dealt with them. Shouldn't we be worried that they have this and could possibly use it in a harmful manner to their advantage?

I have recently been contacted by a very rude person with Integrity pay day loan that is old loan for me since 2011. Can they sue me for that? I am in California. We were going to make a payment arrangement back in 2011 because I was on medical disability. Now they are calling and harassing, that they are the legal department.

How do I stop Mambo cash from taking money out of my account? I borrowed $500 in Dec. and they are still taking money out. Is it legal for them to do this?

I read that PDL are illegal in Ohio. Does that apply to internet loans and store loans? I have loans with Ace Cash Express, Advance America, and Check into Cash.

I am 100% disabled, receive SSD, Long Term Disab, Through 2021, and getting small WC settlement which has to last forever- in CT live in HUD housing - is anything garnishable?? with in less then a year I will settle a small New York state Workmen's compensations case and just received a judgment from a unpaid credit card. I collect social security disability and was working part time to make ends meet. Credit card company wasn't satisfied with my problems. Now put a judgment on me. The bank told me the check can be held and not released by law. This small amount that I will receive is the only money I will have to get back on my feet. Can they do this ?.
