Advance Me today decided to blow up my phone at work yesterday after I answered it. I told them I would only communicate through email and not to call my job again and hung up. They called non stop for the next 30 minutes. What action can I take? I am in an illegal PDL state (NC) and have well paid the principle.

I have gotten in too deep with payday loans. I am an Indiana resident. I currently have 2 payday loans in Ohio and 2 internet payday loans. What can I do?? I am just paying them back only to re-borrow again to make ends meet. I cannot go on like this. What are the consequences of closing my checking account? I just don't know what to do?

I sent an email to Advance Me Today stating that PDLs are illegal in New York State, that I have paid a total of $1775 on a $500 loan and would like a refund. They responded that they were an offshore entity so state laws don't apply, only federal, and under the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trades (G.A.T.T.) and do not need state licenses. I have filed complaints with the FTC and the NYS Department of Finance and plan to file with the state attorney general also. How should I respond to their email?

I have PDL with 3 lenders all were done online via Internet
White Hills Cash-$225- I have paid a total of $341.40 on this
Ace Cash Advance-$350- I have paid a total of 277.17 on this
Sovereign Advance-$400-I have paid a total of $120.00
I live in Texas. Are these lenders legal in state of Texas? The amounts listed are the principal amounts, the actual amounts they deposited into my account. I have since closed the bank account and reopened a new one. I am reading a lot on here and wondering if any of these lenders are legal in my state.

Is Plain Green legal in Missouri? I have taken out a loan from them. I have made 4 bi-weekly payments till date. The total borrowed amount is $350. I have paid $280 as interests and $40 as finance fees. How much do I need to pay more?
