What is the best way to request to have old home addresses removed from my credit report? I want to standardize my credit report to only report one current residence address, not four differing addresses? Also, how do I request that my name is incorrect as reported on credit report? Currently there are two different spellings. I want only the correct one?

Elderly moms credit ruined by caregiver

My mom was exploited by her attorney and caregiver. She had an 800 FICO score. Her caregiver opened an Elan Financial account in moms name with a $10,000 limit which is a charge off. Also moms Wells Fargo overdraft account is a charge off for $1700, A Chase home equity line of credit was used for $50,000.

The lawyer hired by the probate court got Chase to forgive the home equity debt, but 120 day late payments still remain. The lawyer did not push them to delete the derogatory info.

Defaulted Sallie Mae student loan/statue of limitations ques

Hello. I have a question about a student loan from Sallie Mae that I defaulted on in 2005. The loan amount was for 1200 dollars(with interest it eventually became 2600) and was charged off from Sallie Mae and sold to different collections agencies. My question is when will this fall off my credit report? I live in the state of NJ. The best part is that I took out this loan to go to school, changed my mind and withdrew from the school before classes started and the school never sent the money back to the company. Anyways, I would just like to be done with this mess.

I have a judgement that is 6 years old. It was satisfied 6 years ago as well. The release was never sent to the court. If I send in the satisfaction of judgement now will the judgement stay on my record for another 7 years?

Leaving the EU with debt

Hi,

I'm currently living in the Netherlands but want to return to Australia as work is hard to come by and I'm getting homesick. I have a couple thousand euros worth of debt to the tax department and some debt collectors.

I have been told that they will stop me at the airport in The Netherlands for my unpaid debts. I was wondering if this is the case for all over the EU? Would they stop me in another EU country for debts to the Netherlands?

Any advice or help would be great.
