I have a handful of pay day loans that I wish to settle and free my self from. All are internet based (Cash Jar, Advantage Cash Services and Up Front Payday). Do these companies accept settlements and is this my best option?
I just want to know what to do about a credit card that I owe from 2004 but then I lost my job. I didn't get any proof on the amount that I owe.

I am in MS & know that pdls are legal here but not sure about internet, how do I find out if these lenders are legal in Mississippi for online lending? I will pay them back but can not afford to pay any more interest every two weeks & nothing comes off balance
