I have debt to about 4 creditors, stemming from when i was 18, I don't think i qualified after about the year 2000. so possibly 8-10 years old. I live in PA and read somewhere the statute of limitations for here is ??4 or 7?? years, plus a few months. (i don't remember and it isn't right in front of me.)

my friend told me that the SOL only counts if the CREDITOR also is located in PA. The SOL goes off of where the creditor is located, not myself personally. is she right?

if your debt is over 8-10 years old , sol is probably reached. Again you might want to check the PA sol law. The location of the creditor does not really count. IMO, if they move every 2 times every 4years , does that mean they can sue you forever? I don't think so. but again , i am not an expert. That is just my opinion. good luck
