I will be going to court for a credit card debt. I believe the amount to be wrong but I am not sure how to word a discovery letter or what questions to ask. The ones doing the suing have bought the original debt. It is several years old but not past SOL. Any help would be appreciated.
Hi Tricia, Have you looked in the letters of credit ? It is on the left side of your screen under helpful resources. If there is none there someone around here may be able to help you.
