Who are your loans with? How much have you paid? What state are you from? Every state has different laws with these payday loans.
Gn asked some very important questios here. We would need to know a little more detail since the workings of payday loans vary from state to state. Some states for instance only allow up to 2 legal loans and other states they are illegal all together. Soem already have a cap on the amount of interest they are allowed to charge. So you see this is why it is important for you to disclose a little more detail.
Hopefully they will come back on and let us know the names of this companies, I would really like to help on this one.
Hi ddours
Payday loans come with very high interest rates and so it puts you in vicious circle of debt. Hence, it is always better to pay off your payday loans as early as possible. Now since you already have 8 payday loans, I would suggest you to go for a debt consolidation loan to pay off your debts. The debt consolidation loan comes with much lower interest rates than payday loans and consolidates all your loans into a single loan account enabling you to keep track of your debts and make timely payments.
I think that Anthony is correct. You should pay off these payday loans as early as possible because the interest charges on the existing debt will add to the principle value of the loans and will increase it to astronomically high levels. You can go for a debt consolidation loan to payoff these payday loans as Anthony said. Alternatively, you can take a take some advance from your employer or your friends and relatives and pay them back on getting your pay.
Usually when people have to turn to payday lenders bill consoladation through a bank isn't an option. I know payday loans are the hardest to get out from under but what other options are there if there is no family, the boss will not advance or you can not get a bank to consolidate? There has to be another way for the poster to get back on their feet.
They don't like to cooperate with any plan, some of them are just down right ruthless when it come collecting their ungodly fees.
you have come to the right place for help, just give the information that they have requested and you will get some really good advice.
I would love to find a way out for this poster. Everuy time IO think of the fees attributed to pay day lenders my temp raises about a thousand more.

pay off loan
why is it that no one answer the phone . all i want to do is pay off a loan. what so hard about paying off something you do not want.
Helen, Who is it that you are trying to call? Is it a payday lender? If you tell us who the lender is maybe we can find a number for them. If you can not get them to answer the phone at all then i would call your states atty generals office and get them into action. They will step in and make the company answer the calls. If not they will fine the company. You really need to make the call.
great advice fireyone, getting the attorney generals office involved is a good idea, they will do the investigating and get to the bottom of mess, especially if laws are violated.
It also stops the junk collectors in their tracks. Alot of these people try to intimidate people into paying even when they know they do not have the rights to collect on the debt. Usually once the atty general calls they will go away or sell the debt. Then a whole newheadache begins. I wish I would have know half of what I do now when I finally gave up trying to pay up on a debt.
