I def itaulted on Cap1 CC back in 10/2001 and never heard from them again because i moved my home.

1st question? Can they drag it out this long when initial delinquency was 2/2002????

2nd question? I discovered this debt because a different collection agency purchased it in 2006 and sued me and got a judgement.when does the SOL run out? Is it reaged from the date on court documents(2007)

The original creditors entry (Capital One) can no longer report to the Credit Bureaus. They obviously sold the account to a CA and now they are reporting. You can dispute this with whichever CB is reporting this entry and let them know when the 1st date of delinquency was (2002). According to the FCRA the statue of limitations for reporting to the credit bureaus is 7 yrs from the 1st date of delinquency. Let them know this and they should remove the entry.
