I like so many others, have fallen into the payday loan trap recently. I currently have 5 loans out and they are eating up my paychecks.
The lenders are:
UnitedCashLoans
Cashnetusa
Gateway Holdings Group LLC
St Armands
EverestCashAdvance
I live in Maine, and am separating from my husband. Every dollar counts and I am wondering how to take care of these loans.

Payday lending is prohibited in Maine. That means all of your lenders are illegal in your state. You are required to pay back them only the principal balance. Don’t pay them any interest or fees. Just close down your old bank account and open a new one to stop debiting money from your account. Ask them for the refund, if you have overpaid them.
