Willing to settle fairly easy

I have a current loan of 400 through magnum cash advance, and I am getting ready to dispute the interest and finance charges as I don't believe they are licensed in the state of Ohio. Has anyone had any experiences with this company? Are they willing to settle fairly easy or do I have to be prepared to fight?

Magnum Cash Advance is an illegal lender. You owe them nothing more than the principal balance. No interest, no fees. Just close down your old bank account and open a new one to stop debiting money from your account. If you have overpaid them, so ask them for the refund. Don’t worry mate...they can’t do anything.

Magnum is an illegal lender. Follow this link http://www.creditmagic.org/repair/about33804.html It has all the information required for you beat these illegal lenders. You CANNOT just close down your account without taking the specfic steps. You have to do an ACH and voluntary wage assignment revocation.
