I have three items on my credit and one is erroneous.
I sent letters to creditors, no response.
I sent disputes to bureaus, reply: info has been verified as correct.
I sent validation for verification request, no response.

I've been informed to send method of verification (I believe it's what I sent or close to) and I've been informed about 623 letter. What makes these so valuable and where can I find them?

You can again make a written request to the creditors for a debt verification letter via certified mail with a return receipt request. If they don’t give any reply, then you can inform this matter to the credit bureaus. You may also show the copy of the debt verification request to the credit bureaus that you have sent to the creditors. I think the following link may help you in this regard:
