The letter from this attorney Mapother & Mapother, P.S.C. says RE: FIA Card Services, N.A. I don't really know if they are the oc or not? It was a b of a CC. Do I respond to them as the oc or as a ca...the letter closes saying they are a bill collecter.

FIA Card Services, N.A. (FIACSNA) is a part of Bank of America (BOA). As far as I understand from your query, FIACSNA sent you the summons through the lawfirm. FIACSNA can thus be considered as the original creditor. However, the summons refers them as bill collector. In that case I think it's better to respond to them as collection agency.
