I had a payday loan with Vince enterprises for 300. I have paid them $360. Well I sent them the letter stating that they are not licensed in my state of MS, etc.. I sent this numerous times, by email & fax & never received a response from them. Well today I received a call from NCA collection agency stating that I had a balance of $510 that is owed to Vince & if I didn't pay this now they are going to report this on my credit. What can I do to make sure this doesn't go on my credit & I have already paid Vince 360.

Hello, in 2006 credit lawyer sued me in IL for a debt in AZ. I didn't know I was sued until I received a summons to garnish. I received the summons to garnish in 2008: I was stupid, scared and didn't go to the court. Three (2011) years later, I received a letter from the same attorney stating "please be advised, the account on the above referenced defendant has been RECALLED. At this time stop with-holding for our wage garnishment and refund any wages currently being withheld back to the defendant.

I'm a defendent in a foreclosure lawsuit to reform the legal description on a warranty deed I gave 10 years ago. Can this affect my credit even though I am not mentioned in the loan portion of the lawsuit? I understand the bank has to sue anyone who could have an interest in the property and to reform the legal description on the warranty deed.

I am trying to find out if National Cash Lenders is legal/illegal in the state of TX. I took out a loan of 400 dollars, and I have already paid back 400 dollars....they are now saying that I have a balance of over 400 dollars. I thought that I read that they were illegal in the state of TX...how do I go about finding this out. Again it was an internet loan, I live in the state of TX, and the company is National Cash Lenders.
