Voicemail from lady stating she wants a pre trial statement and gave me a case number. Calling from 877-881-0895 and just said her name was Mary ward. She stated that it was regarding intent to defraud a financial institution. I admit that I have had several Internet pay day loans over 4+ yrs ago but I have paid the ones off that actually sent me info to pay them. When I called this one back no one answers. What now? Am I being sued???

A caller only giving the name Mr. Johnson calls me at work repeatedly even though I've advised him to stop that I can't receive personal calls at work. He pretends to be some sort of process server but never can say exactly what I'm being served with and I can settle to prevent being served. He won't advise me the name or address of the agency he is calling from. He calls from a blocked number. The only real info he has given me is that he has collecting a my cash now.com payday loan. What can I do?
I need a little advice. In February I cancelled my Verizon home account and switch to another provider. I had been using the Verizon One Bill system to pay both my cell and home bills. On Feb 22nd, they billed me for $173. On March 1st, I logged into the online account, saw the amount due of $173 and paid the bill. No more was ever said or received from them. I thought it was done.

I currently have 6 payday loans; 3 Internet and 3 store front. 2 are over $1000 and all I can pay are fees. I'm nearly suicidal over this (no I'd never kill myself so don't call the police) but I'm desperate. I received a voicemail from +2146130845 stating that I owe some sort of debt. The man had a strong accent and said that it would be in my best interest to have my attorney call him. I think he said his name is Mike or Mark Lawson. I'm not an idiot, I know it is a scam. But, how do I make them stop calling me?
