What options do I have if I make $125K per year and have no equity and &275k of debt?

Is blue king payday loan a scam? I have told that this company is a fraud. I have also been contacted at work saying that I will be sued for using this service. I live in Pa, am I in any trouble with this??

Can a collection agency file papers to have you served? I just gave my debit card number to Audubon financial bureau to pay off a payday loan in payments did I make a big mistake be giving them my information like my address and card number.

I have never received a summons. A friend told me that a google search showed that I was mentioned in a court listing for a hearing for an alias summons. I did not receive notice of that either. What does this mean? Am I required to do anything?

I had taken out a payday loan from My Cash Now and Ameriloan in 2011. I have borrowed around $2500 from My Cash Now. I have borrowed $1000 from Ameriloan. I have paid $1500 to Ameriloan till date. I have paid $3000 to My Cash Now. I need to pay around $3785 to My Cash Now. Ameriloan is demanding another $1000. I don’t have that much amount of money. What to do?

I have found myself in a struggle with 5 payday loans now, I am ashamed to say. There was a time 3-4 years ago I had started posting on this website and I was rid of pdls completely around 2010. I think I am going to need some support again and I am nervous.

I live in NY. I had a credit card debt from the year of 1999 never appeared on my credit reports. A law firm now in 2012 sending me legal papers to take me to court. Can they legally still try to collect a debt almost 12 years ago? And collect on interest rate.

I have 4 online payday loans, all taken within the last 6 months I owe around $1,500 total but I cannot continue paying these outrageous fees every two weeks. I closed my checking account on purpose.
